About

Peter Christo is the founder and lead adviser of Christo Partners. He specialises in commercialisation — taking technologies, prototypes and propositions from concept to market and capital. He has advised more than 300 Australian ventures across two decades, with deep practice in commercialisation strategy, capital readiness, and founder coaching through inflection points.

Peter is an Industry Growth Adviser within Australian Government commercialisation programmes. He has previously held an Accelerating Commercialisation adviser appointment under the Entrepreneurs' Programme. He has founded and built multiple Australian ventures, including Digital Asset Custody Solutions (DACS) — a regtech business delivering proof-of-holdings attestations for digital asset audit and regulation.

He is a sessional lecturer in entrepreneurship and innovation at RMIT University and has lectured at institutions in Hong Kong. He hosts the Entrepreneurship.AU podcast — honest, long-form conversations with founders, operators and advisers about building enduring ventures.

His defence background — full-time and reserve roles in the Australian Defence Force, including operational service — informs his work in sovereign technology, innovation, and dual-use commercialisation. Defence-related engagements are handled by Peter and advisers holding the appropriate Australian Government security clearances, under appropriate protocols.
